“Close the care gap” campaign

The POSITIVE study closes a unmet medical need by demonstrating that young women with hormone-sensitive early breast cancer can pause their endocrine treatment to attempt pregnancy without additional risk of recurrence in the short term. Media alert available here.

World Cancer Day, 4 February 2023, Close the care gap campaign

“Receiving the diagnosis of breast cancer is bad, but not living is worse.
The POSITIVE study gave me the chance not to give up my desire to have a baby.
Today, I have two wonderful healthy children, the joy of my life!”, says Sabrina.

See Sabrina’s video testimonial here.

We plan to follow-up the study participants until 2029 to assess breast cancer recurrence risk over time. THANK YOU for supporting the continuation of the POSITIVE study. We owe an answer to young breast cancer patients who wish a baby.
