We are pleased to announce that the updated results of the POSITIVE trial have now been published online in Annals of Oncology.

The POSITIVE trial investigates the safety of temporary interruption of adjuvant endocrine therapy to allow pregnancy in young women with hormone receptor–positive breast cancer. The updated analysis provides extended follow-up on oncological outcomes as well as reproductive endpoints.

These results contribute important evidence to support clinical decision-making for patients and physicians navigating fertility preservation and family planning after a breast cancer diagnosis.
